In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from suppliers, bestwatches.com.au shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. bestwatches.com.au shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, bestwatches.com.au shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

If a product is sold out or not available, we will endeavour to supply a similar product of same quality. We will confirm this with you first.

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives at your door safely and correctly. All items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Please take a few moments when order is received to check the contents of your shipment. If you find any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, please contact Customer Services using the contact us form. All returned items must be returned with original packaging and original invoice or copy. We will not give a credit or refund for merchandise not reported within 14 days or without verification. For personal products we only accept returns if the product is unused and all packets are sealed. For orders that are damaged in shipping please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.
• To return products, you must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned by bestwatches.com.au
• This RMA number can be obtained by contacting Customer Services using the contact us form.
• The RMA number MUST BE displayed on the outside of the return package.
• All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days and products must be returned within this period.
• This procedure must be followed in order for credit to be processed.
